Position: Headteacher
Pay Range: Group 2 (Within the Leadership range L8 - L21 - £60,539 - £82,824) ISR will be determined based on experience

Lambourne Primary School, part of the Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust, is recruiting an inspiring leader to build on the many strengths of our thriving school and to drive excellent educational outcomes for all our children.
Lambourne Primary is a good school, based in the village of Abridge on the outskirts of Epping Forest. It prides itself on creating an environment in which pupils are happy, grow in self-confidence, develop their talents, and are academically successful. The post will be of interest to experienced and high-performing Headteachers or Deputy Headteachers who are dynamic, emotionally intelligent and resilient leaders, and who will embrace the mutual benefit of being an active member of a strong and supportive Trust.
We are looking for a Headteacher who will:
- Have experience in leadership across the primary phase.
- Value every child and strive to ensure that both pupils and staff have high aspirations for achievement.
- Be a positive role model, with the ability to motivate, children, staffand the wider community, inspiring all to reach their full potential.
- Demonstrate moral leadership and people management skills with the ability to further develop the leadership team.
- Demonstrate the resilience, experience and creativity to build on our current high standards of teaching, through continuous school improvement.
- Facilitate and inspire the continuation of a vibrant, stimulating and memorable curriculum whilst continuing to maintain high expectations of achievement for all pupils.
- Want to be an active and leading member of the Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust.
- Care for and want to nurture the development and well-being of children and staff in their school.

Welcome to The Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust of fifteen Primary and one Special School all based in the Epping Forest District. Along with our SCITT (School-Centred Initial Teacher Training), School Improvement Team, Wellbeing Service, and Resourced Provisions based in three of our schools, we are a leading educational organisation in Epping Forest.
EFSPT was formed in 2018 from a consortium of schools that had worked together for over 20 years, and are committed to collaborative working to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children and school communities. The schools maintain their identities but work in a highly collaborative manner supported by a small but very experienced Central Team.

EFSPT has a robust Governance Structure in place. In addition to the Board of Trustees and their associated committees, each Academy has its own Local Governing Committee supported by a Governance Professional. An annual cycle of meetings has been established and the responsibilities of each committee is detailed in the Trust Scheme of Delegation and the committee's Terms of Reference. EFSPT recognises the importance of strong Governance and our Trustees / Governors understand their roles in maintaining high standards throughout the Trust.
