About the role:

We are looking to appoint an Invoice Input Clerk to provide assistance in the administration of invoices for the Bridge Academy Trust, within our finance team.
Purpose of the Role:
· Process invoices to ensure that invoices are paid within credit terms/dates.
· Administer delivery notes and invoices received - matching delivery documentation to subsequent invoices.
· Escalate invoice queries to Lead Invoice Clerk.
· Produce central and school purchase orders in accordance with financial regulations.
Work Schedule:
Part time, permanent.
This post is available for up to 25 hours per week, and we are open to discussions during the interview process regarding your working hour preference.
Term time only, plus inset days. (First 2 weeks of September will be off).
