Following the retirement of the current Headteacher, the Governors of Friar's Grove Primary School are looking for a candidate who will build on the many strengths of this two form entry school.
We are looking for:
· A candidate with proven ambition and vision in a leadership role.
· The ability to develop and nurture positive relationships with our children, staff, governors and wider community.
· Effective management experience, with the ability to empower, motivate and develop a team of dedicated staff.
· An understanding of high-quality teaching and how this benefits all children to reach their full potential.
· An understanding of how the whole school curriculum can be developed to ensure it is ambitious and effective.
