The Role:

We are searching for a dynamic industry specialist to join our experienced teaching and assessing team at our Epping Campus. Ideally, candidates will demonstrate experience in delivering high quality teaching and learning to our Electrical Installation learners. Due to the technical nature of the Electrical program, applicants are required to have industry expertise and pose a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation, a firm grasp of current electrical practices is also desirable.

With excellent communication and organisational skills, the candidate must be able to deliver effectively and engage students in their learning. You must be highly flexible as we require someone who can teach practical and/or theory to 16-19 learners.

Key Responsibilities:

· To teach and assess learning on a range of courses, which include 16-18s and adult learners. Courses range from level 1 up to level 3, including college based qualifications and apprenticeships.

· To work effectively as a member of a experienced, strong and dynamic team, liaising with Senior Curriculum Manager and all colleagues in the College.

· To take an active role in own professional development in relation to all aspects of your industry specialism as well as your teaching/assessing role.
