ADMINISTRATION CO-ORDINATOR
37 HOURS PER WEEK - 41 WEEKS PER YEAR
SCALE 5 POINTS 9-12
FTE SALARY £26,409 - £27,711 (ACTUAL SALARY £23,755 - £24,926)
We are looking to appoint a highly organised and capable individual to oversee and coordinate the schools' administrative function, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for contributing to the success of a dynamic school environment.
The successful candidate will have oversight of the day-to-day activities of the administration team, provide support for school events, facilitate effective communication, and act as a key contact for external stakeholders. This role involves a mix of administrative coordination and hands on tasks, including maintaining compliance with school policies and procedures and supporting the operations team. A proven flexible approach to workload is important. This is a public facing role and the candidate must speak fluent English.
