Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - fixed term contract ending 31st August 2026

18 hours a week (5 mornings) - 38 working weeks

Salary: Scale 3 pt.5 - 6

Are you looking for a new and rewarding role in education?

We are looking to appoint an inspiring and enthusiastic LSA who is highly motivated, creative, fun and is keen to join our team. The ideal candidate will have LSA experience and have previously worked in a primary school setting. You will work closely with the class teacher and will be supporting the children access all learning opportunities. Helping with tasks, whilst encouraging independence and ensuring safety.

Ideally you will:

· Be warm and welcoming

· Be a flexible team player with good organisational skills

· Be an excellent communicator who uses discretion and confidentiality

· Be able to think creatively to make learning exciting and relevant to all our students

· Be adaptable and able to work with initiative

· Be educated to at least level C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English

Visits to the school are encouraged as this will give you an opportunity to learn more about our school these can be arranged through the school office.
