Administration Assistant
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8.30 - 4.30pm (3.30pm Fridays) 34 hours per week, term time plus inset days
£19,529.46 - £19,839.06

We are looking for an administration assistant to join our happy office team. We are a very successful and therefore busy, two form entry primary school and are proud of our friendly, professional and caring staff team. This job is varied and demanding and the ideal candidate should be prepared for anything!
The qualities we are looking for are competence, common sense, enthusiasm, professionalism, warmth and friendliness, an individual who shows compassion, integrity and pride in their work and workplace. The role is diverse and challenging and initiative, flexibility, a calm and cheerful nature and a smile is a must. Every day is different, but this is one of the many joys of this role.
The duties include:
- Front line contact with parents, children, staff and guests face to face, by email, letter and telephone
- Attendance Record Keeping
- Trips and Visits Coordination
- Medication and First Aid
- Data Input
- Admissions and assistant to the SENCo

What's not to love about this role!
School experience, first aid training and use of SIMs, SchoolPING, School Gateway or similar systems is preferable but not a necessity.
