Scale 3 / Scale 4 (depending on experience)
Working Pattern: 37 Hours Per Week (Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm / Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm)
40 weeks per year (Including INSET days and one additional week)
Job share may be considered for the right candidates
For this key role we are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly-organised, confident, efficient, flexible and motivated individual with integrity who is able to maintain a calm, friendly and professional manner in a busy school environment. The successful applicant's duties will include the efficient administration of attendance and admissions including providing clerical and welfare support to the school.
The successful applicant will have:-
- Proven experience in office administration in an educational setting, inclusive of SIMS is essential
- Experience of school admissions and/or school attendance is desirable
- Educated to GCSE A-C or above in English & Maths,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to show initiative and work independently efficiently
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and time manage effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for office management (eg Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and willingness to maintain or gain certifications
