Due to the successful promotions to Deputy Headship, Colchester Academy are looking for two passionate, enthusiastic and driven Assistant Principals to join our dedicated Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidates will undertake the role of either KS3 Pastoral or Attendance and Safeguarding and willhelp continue to raise standards across the school and to drive us further on our already successful journey. Candidates must have a proven track record of obtaining the very best outcomes for young people, have an eye for detail and meeting deadlines.
