Learning Support Assistant (30 hrs per week)
Pay: Scale 3 - Point 5-6 depending on experience
Fixed Term
Start Date: As soon as possible after interview.
End Date: August 31st 2027

Noak Bridge Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant, who will provide personalised support to individual pupils in our school.
Noak Bridge is a small, one-form entry school. It is a nurturing and friendly school, where we work as a team to provide an inclusive, creative and respectful environment, where everyone can flourish.
Applications are invited from Learning Support Assistants who;
· wish to make a difference to children's learning
· have excellent communication skills, with children, colleagues and parents
· can demonstrate good organisational skills
· can work with individual pupils under the direction of teaching staff.
. can support inclusion in the classroom, ensuring all pupils feel involved with all tasks and activities
You will need to be:
· Positive and enthusiastic
· Calm and flexible in your approach to the role
· Reliable, resilient and able to take initiative
