Classroom Teacher and Vocational Lead - an additional TLR 2a (£3391)

As our Vocational Curriculum Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a high-quality vocational curriculum that supports career readiness, independence, and real-world application. You will be instrumental in developing in-house vocational courses such as bike/car maintenance, animal care, and basic hospitality, as well as sourcing and managing external vocational programmes and work placements.

Additionally, you will oversee our Forest Schools programme, ensuring students benefit from outdoor learning that builds resilience, teamwork, and life skills.
