32.5 hours per week (39 weeks - term time) - Monday to Friday (8.30am to 12. 30pm and 1.00pm to 3.30pm)

Due to the retirmement of the postholder after 28 years we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible Administrative/Clerical Assistant with excellent oral and written communication skills:
The successful candidate's duties will be varied and will include:
· Front line contact with parents, pupils, staff and visitors face to face, by email, letter and telephone
· Management of all pupil data (both manual and computerised) including efficient administration of attendance and admissions
· Administration of first aid
Candidates will have a compassionate and professional attitude towards children, an excellent telephone manner, effective typing and IT skills, strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and mange time effectively and understand the importance of confidentiality.
Experience of working in a school environment is desirable.
