Working week: Full time, 37 hours per week or part-time would be considered

About Us:
Treetops Learning Community is a Special Education Needs school that caters for learners between age 5 to 19. We empower our learners by providing positive learning experiences, access to community, and individualised educational programmes. Our mission is to help each learner unlock their potential, leading to a life of choice, independence, and opportunity.
About the Role:
As a Behaviour Analyst, you will take a leading role in supporting learners by:
Overseeing the educational progress of pupils in your class, developing and implementing tailored curriculum and behaviour strategies.
Providing ongoing support to class teams
Monitoring overall pupil progress and behaviours that challenge
Developing and regularly updating behaviour support plans based on Applied Behaviour Analysis principles.
Collaborating with professionals both internal and external to integrate targets into each student's programme.
Promoting pupil independence and safeguarding their wellbeing through care plans and risk assessments.
About You:
Education: Master's in Applied Behaviour Analysis, with BCaBA/BCBA certification (or working towards).
Skills: Experience in programme development, assessment, behavioural interventions, team management, and theoretical and practical training. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Position:
Full or part time would be considered
