Senior Tutor
We are looking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic, experienced and well-qualified individual to a senior pastoral leadership role at this Outstanding sixth form college.
Senior Tutors make a significant contribution to the leadership and management of the College and are central to maintaining, developing and delivering the College's support and guidance for students. They each oversee the pastoral care, academic progress and progression of approximately 350 students, working closely with the Personal Tutors in their division.
This role would suit somebody with further leadership aspirations. You should have substantial management experience, a commitment to delivering outstanding pastoral support and guidance, and be a qualified and experienced teacher with a good honours degree.

The Sixth Form College, Colchester is one of the largest and most successful 16-19 providers of general sixth form education in the country Our aim is to provide broad, high quality academic and general education programme Currently we have over 3000 full time students on roll and the importance of the development of each individual student is recognised.
