What skills and experience we are looking for:
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to join our team as the SENCo at Harlow Inspirational Learning Trust, working across The Henry Moore Primary School and Milwards Primary School and Nursery.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience as a SENCo or working within Special Educational Needs (SEN);
Excellent organisational skills to manage resources, staff and support for children with additional needs effectively;
A strong team player mindset to collaborate with staff across the Trust;
Outstanding classroom practitioner skills, evidenced by a commitment to high-quality teaching and inclusivity;
A genuine passion for promoting the educational and personal development of all students.

Harlow Inspirational Learning Trust

The Henry Moore Primary School opened in September 2001. The school became an Academy MAT in November 2015 and a Sponsor in March 2016. It is the founding member of Harlow Inspirational Learning Trust.

Henry Moore School has 570 children on role and 94 members of staff

The Henry Moore School has been well-maintained over the years and re-modelled many times. There are nineteen classes. As well as the classrooms there are six offices, a computer suite, library, food technology room and two halls, one of which accommodates a breakfast and after school club.

The field is astro turf and is used year round for playtimes and sport. There is high fencing around the school and the site and school are accessed via electronic doors and gates. The governing body has made a commitment to modify the school where and when necessary to meet the specific needs of pupils.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
