Are you inspirational, skilled, innovative, energetic and committed to supporting the pupils of Cedar Hall to 'Have a go, try your best and look out for others'? If you feel that your passion for teaching and enabling young people to thrive aligns with these values, this may be the position for you.

We are seeking to appoint a full-time teacher to work in KS3 and 4; the position includes responsibility for teaching pupils with diverse needs and will require patience, organisational skills and good time management. You will work collaboratively with parents, colleagues and other professionals to support all pupils to make progress.

The post will involve an element of learning outside the classroom, so a passion for the outdoors would be an advantage.

A teacher with previous primary experience would ideally suit this post, but not essential and the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate exceptional classroom practice. Good behaviour management, creativity and a sense of humour are essential for this role. ECTs are welcome to apply and all potential candidates are strongly encouraged to visit the school prior to application.

SEN allowance is applicable to this role.

Please apply through the Essex Schools Jobs Website.
