We seek a committed and enthusiastic teacher of Maths to join an excellently resourced Mathematics department at this successful and oversubscribed comprehensive school. The mathematics department has a strong ethos of collaborative working and has a track record of consistent success in all key stages. We are currently looking to recruit a new member to our high-achieving and successful and supportive team.

Principal Responsibilities

· To teach Mathematics across the ability and 11-18 age range in line with departmental schemes of work and policies.

· To participate in the development of appropriate syllabuses, materials and schemes of work

· To be accountable for student progress by liaising with teaching and support staff to monitor and support individual children and teaching groups.

Additional Specific Responsibilities

· To be Form Tutor of an assigned form and to carry out related duties in accordance with the general job description of a Form Tutor.
