Pay scale: Band 4 of the HEARTS Pay Scale (Pt. 18-28 pending experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent.40 hours per week. 52-week contract, with 4 weeks annual leave.
Working pattern to be confirmed pending appointment.
Actual Salary:£33,800 - £41,777.30 (based on skills and experience)

HEARTS Academy Trust is renowned for its innovative approach and supportive work culture. You'll be joining a dynamic organisation with over 200 like-minded professionals. The executive team comprises ofthe CEO, CFO, COO, Director of Curriculum, Learning and Assessment, Deputy Director, and an Executive Headteacher & Deputy CEO. Plus, there are seven Heads of School/provision, along with dedicated teaching staff, business and support staff, including experienced cluster school business managers, catering, and caretaking teams. The Local Advisory Boards (LABs) and Trustees are also in the mix, providing oversight, leadership, and support with their expertise, time, and experience.

Information about the School
HEARTS is a small innovative Academy Trust of six primary schools and an alternative provision for pupils with SEMH challenges. All provisions are based in the south of Essex.
