Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant - Westwood Academy
Contract: Fixed Term until 31/08/2026
Hours per week: 17 hours 30 minutes
Scale: Scale 3, Point 5-6 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: £9,782.10 - £9,937.15 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Start Date: 2nd June 2025

Are you an enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant? Westwood Academy, part of the South Essex Academy Trust (SEAT), is looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you will support pupils to help them have an outstanding educational experience whilst fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, where every child can thrive.
You will be working 17 hours, 30 minutes per week; Monday 8:30am to 3:30pm and Tuesday-Friday 8:30am to 12:00pm, term time only.
