Who We Are Looking For?
We are seeking a teacher who:
✔ Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in a primary setting.
✔ Is passionate, reflective, and committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
✔ Promotes high expectations for all pupils and a belief in their potential.
✔ Can adapt their teaching to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring an inclusive classroom.
✔ Works well in a team, values collaboration, and contributes to the school's ongoing success ad plays an active
part in the school community and events.
✔ Has excellent communication skills and builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

We are a popular 2 form entry primary school. We are situated in NE Colchester close to the A12, giving excellent access to Chelmsford and Ipswich.
