Job Description

St John's Green Primary School is a large City Centre school, operating over two sites.

We are a good school and put the children at the heart of Teaching & Learning with a curriculum that seeks to inspire and support children to achieve. The successful applicant can look forward to teaching happy, eager and well-behaved children, almost all of the time, and working within a supportive team of staff, definitely all of the time. We are very proud of our school and place a special emphasis on our relationship with the parents and local community.

We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Headteacher who will play a major role under the overall direction of the Headteacher with responsibility for - Behaviour, Inclusion & Safeguarding and who will work alongside our two other non-teaching Assistant Headteachers

This is a non-teaching role working across both sites with individual and groups of children, supporting them in accessing the curriculum, working with support staff and teachers, leading training, working with parents and supporting our children's wellbeing.
