ECT - Early Career Teacher required July 2025

Salary - M1-M6 £31,650 - £43,607

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking ECT to join us July 2025. The ideal candidate will be willing to give their best for the children and keen to be developed further in their teaching practice.

Being an ECT at Leigh Beck Junior School means you will get a supportive year group and an experienced mentor to support you all the way through your ECT journey. With weekly training, development, support and sessions that help develop your confidence and expertise as a teacher. Our ECTs also have the benefits of two weeks in depth training at the end of summer term to get them ready for their September start.
