Full time Teacher MPR Pay Range to UPS 1, KS1 to cover Maternity Leave.
Starting September 2025 to July 2026 exact dates to be confirmed.
Messing Primary is a small village school, set in an idyllic rural setting just outside Tiptree. This vacancy presents an excellent opportunity for the right person to play a part in developing and supporting the teaching and learning within our mixed age class.
We require an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher who has experience of working with children in both Year 1 and 2.
You need to:
Demonstrate a commitment to producing the best outcomes for all pupils;
Be highly motivated, proactive and have high expectations of yourself and the children;
Have up to date knowledge and experience of current practice and assessment expectations;
Be thoughtful, caring and can get the best out of children;
Be highly motivated and able to engage with other professionals to raise standards and enrich the curriculum;
Enjoy your work, have a good sense of humour and be open and flexible to new ideas.

We are a caring, welcoming and dynamic Primary school that was inspected in October 2018 and awarded a grading of "Good" with "Outstanding" Leadership and Management, Behaviour and safety of pupils and Early Years provision.
