REPROGRAPHICS MANAGER
Scale 5 Point 9 - 12, Actual starting salary £21,416 (pay award pending)
Hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.00pm, term time only (plus one week).
Please note that there is flexibility within the working hours to adjust the start and finish times.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive team player with proven excellent organisational skills to lead our busy Reprographics department. The role will include ensuring all printing and finishing for the school is completed correctly, proofreading undertaken and work completed within deadlines. The successful candidate will also administer the reprographic budgets for the school departments.
The successful candidate must have a positive attitude and calm manner along with the ability to prioritise and deal with a demanding workload. They must demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy, along with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications a knowledge of using Arbor or other databases would be advantageous.
