Pay Range: Teachers Main/Upper Pay Scale
Actual Salary from: £30,000 - £41,333 (Points M1-U3)
Start Date: September 2024
The Role
We are seeking an outstanding individual to implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate
The position will suit an experienced or newly qualified teacher.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher and form tutor
- Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
- Contribute to raising standards of achievement and maximising student attainment
- Share and support the school's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for person and academic growth.
- Be committed to the safeguarding of children.

We're looking for you if you have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Teaching within the subject area in Key Stages 3 and 4
- Willingness to keep up to date in subject knowledge and national developments.
- Ability to plan and teach effectively using a variety of strategies
