We are looking for a self-motivated, flexible, calm, Pupil Services Assistant who is able to work under pressure and provide a caring service to our pupils. The post is offered for 35 hours per week over 5 days, working 8.30am to 4.00pm during term time only.
The successful candidate must have excellent inter-personal skills, be efficient in administrative skills and be capable of communicating with both pupils and parents. The ability to multi-task is essential. You will have an excellent approach to pupils, good communication skills, efficient administrative skills, together with a flexible approach to your working life.
Daily duties include, liaising with parents, major first aid (training will be provided if needed), dealing with pupil queries and needs, maintaining logs of pupil care plans and day to day incidents, accompanying pupils to hospital as and when required and arranging school immunisations and vaccinations.
