We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Enrichment Officer to support the development of enrichment across both campuses.
In this role, you will respond to learner feedback, build clubs and societies, and collaborate with our student Changemakers to engage in community-based social action projects. Your ability to connect with disengaged learners and those with a variety of needs will be crucial. As an Enrichment Officer, your role involves supporting the Life Skills & Enrichment Manager in planning and organising enrichment activities. This includes both sports-related and non-sport activities. You'll also assist in executing cross-college events and promote essential skills like teamwork and leadership through coaching, encouraging learners to participate in broader hobbies and interests. Your passion for creating opportunities beyond the classroom will contribute to enhancing the overall learner experience at the college.
