The governors are seeking to appoint an experienced and organised Administrative Assistant to work in the office alongside the School Business Manager and Administrative Officer. The key duties will include:
- Maintenance of the Attendance and Dinner Registers;
- Responsibility for collating school dinners each morning for the kitchen;
- Collection and recording of dinner monies;
- Preparation of banking and paying in at local bank;
- Administration of Petty Cash;
- Sickness / Absence administration;
- Booking training workshops / courses;
- Checking delivery notes / supplier statements;
- Processing invoices;
- Undertaking certain HR administration functions;
Hours of Work:Daily 0830 to 1230 - 20 hours per week. Term time plus 5 Inset Days.
Applicants will need to be computer literate, have good inter-personal skills and be able to work as part of a small team. Experience of working in a school office would be beneficial. In return, we offer the following: ·
