We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, resourceful and strategic Vice Principal who has the ability to lead from the front, develop leadership in others and effect rapid and sustainable change in the raising standards of student attainment.
You will be an outstanding teacher who can inspire others to create outstanding learning opportunities for our students. You will lead on and develop a range of high impact strategies for raising achievement as well as leading on the quality assurance of all curriculum and assessment strands. As a senior leader, you will be confident and highly adept in analysing and using progress data to instigate raising achievement strategies that have significant impact on student attainment.
You will work closely with the Principal to help build the commitment of all stake-holders to a culture of constant improvement, with the vision to embrace the ideas of the Sponsor and with a flair for creative leadership that will put learning first and ensure an outstanding education for our students. You will also take a lead on the effective day to day management of the Academy and participate in regular self-review and monitoring to ensure continuous improvement in all aspects of the Academy's work.
Part of the Academy Transformation Trust, Mark Hall is a recently converted Academy with a forward-looking, 'can do' culture. We have a completely new, ambitious and highly supportive senior leadership team which has a strong track record in transforming schools and raising standards.
