Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Inclusion Pay Scale: L1 - 5
Start Date: 1st January 2015 or sooner if available
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and innovative Assistant Headteacher to share in the leadership and continued development of our school.
You will:
- Be experienced /qualified in the role of a Primary SENCO
- Take responsibility for SEN/inclusion provision
- Play a key role in school leadership and management
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to motivate and support staff and pupils
- Be an exemplary teacher
- Have high expectations of children's achievement and behaviour
- Be committed to working in close partnership with parents, governors and the wider community.

Information about the School
Our pupils are aged 3 – 11, ranging from Nursery to Year 6, and mainly live in the area surrounding the school.
