SEN Learning Support Assistant
We require an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable individual to join our school as an SEN LSA. The hours will be Mondays - Fridays, 8.30am-12.00, 1.00pm - 3.20pm a total of 29 hours and 20 minutes per week, working 38 weeks a year (term time). This position will be paid at Scale 3, Point 5, equating to an actual gross salary of£15,670.04 p.a.
We have a delightful pupil with additional needs requiring full time adult support. This is an opportunity to take on a personally rewarding experience while making a real difference to the life and education of a child.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In return we can offer a happy school with well-behaved children and a friendly and supportive team.

Experience of working in Key Stage 1 is desirable, however full training will be provided for the right individual. Training and support will also be available for supporting the pupils' additional needs, including regular sessions with the specialist teacher team.
