Chelmsford College is looking to appoint an Independence and Inclusion Coach to support students with a diverse range of significant barriers to learning with their educational, care, and wellbeing needs in the Bespoke Provision. You will be required to work one to one with a student throughout the College day and a variety of students during the week.

You will be working closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure students develop their independence in all areas and access an individualised curriculum that prepares them for adulthood and next steps. Staff in the provision support students with

personal care and wellbeing needs if required.

Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills, and experience.
