Post: One to One Teaching Assistant
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8:30 to 13:00)
Term Time including inset days (39 weeks per year)
Contract: Fixed Term - Linked to EHCP funding, for a child who is expected to leave Rolph at the end of the summer term in 2027.
Salary: Scale 3, Point 5 £12,251.38 per annum (£23,500 pro-rata)
Start date: 30TH October 2024

An opportunity has arisen at Rolph School for a One to One SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team to support a child with an Educational Health Care Plan.

The successful candidate must:
· Hold an NVQ level 2 in learning support
· Have experience and enjoy working on a 1 to 1 basis with children
· Communicate well with members of staff and pupils
· Work well as part of a team
· Display a professional attitude
· Be able to use their own initiative
· Remain calm under pressure
· Have a sense of humor
· Be committed to supporting the values and ethos of our Church school
