An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic practitioner with Early Years Teacher Status to lead our highly successful Nursery. You will be responsible for the day-to-day planning and delivery of our Early Years curriculum and will work closely with the Nursery Manager and the Early Years lead.
We believe that play and creativity are integral to child development and learning. We understand that every child is unique and tailor our environment and learning depending on these needs. Building strong, mutually respectful relationships with children, parents and colleagues using consistent and effective communication is crucial.
We are looking for someone who:
Can motivate and engage our Nursery children through creative, exciting and engaging planning and teaching
Can inspire and support the Nursery team as part of our journey to attaining excellence
Constantly strives to improve their practice by setting themselves and others high standards relating to planning, teaching and assessment
Creates and maintains a purposeful and enabling learning environment in which our children can be curious and thrive
Finds and develops the potential in all children through high quality teaching and learning tailored to individual children.

The position:
Term time only (5 days per week although job share would be considered)
Weekly whole school staff meetings
Timetabled PPA
You will need to hold Early Years teacher status
