Job overview:
The Chorus Schools Federation is looking for an outstanding and experienced individual to work closely with our Executive Headteacher to grow and develop our federation of small schools. This involves bringing the best research and innovation, creative thinking and strategy to build upon our strong vision of education.
This strategic role requires Senior leadership experience with the ability to work in a wide range of roles including, Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, advise and support the SEN team and build relationships with the wider school community.
The successful candidate will:
Be fully supportive of the Christian vision, values and ethos across our Federation
Have experience with Safeguarding and child protection matters & SEN
Have the ability to work flexibly and be deployed as required by the Executive Headteacher
Step in and cover classes and when required across the Federation
Have the ability to inspire and motivate both staff and pupils
Continue with a sustained professional development in supporting leadership at senior/whole school level.
As this role requires travel between the school sites, business insurance for your vehicle is essential.
School visit dates scheduled for 22nd 23rd & 24th April 2025
Interview date scheduled for 6th May 2025
