Site Manager

Total number of hours: 20 per week, times to be agreed.
Total number of weeks: 52 weeks
Number of holiday days (calculated 1 April to 31 March): 25 days plus 8 bank holiday (holidays can be taken in term time subject to agreement)
Pay scale: scale 5 (point 9 to 12) £14,656.76 to £15,360.54

We are looking for an enthusiatic, happy indivividualwith skills in security, caretaking and building maintaence to join our Trust.

The site manager's key areas of responsibility are as follows:
To contribute to the smooth running of the school by carrying out a range of caretaking duties including cleaning and maintenance, and other caretaking duties including porterage, security and supervision of the site and related equipment.
The site manager will work closely with the schools' and trust's site teams, reporting to the CEO, Heads, Trust Business Manager and Trust Facilities Manager. In addition, they will liaise with the other staff across the trust, pupils, parents, external agencies and visitors.
The position will be based initially across two schools: Ingatestone Infant School and Ingatestone and Fryerning Church of England Junior School but will also involve caretaking support for Bentley St Paul's Church of England Junior School, Mountnessing Church of England Primary School and Shenfield St Mary's Church of England Primary School.
