About the role:
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to contribute to the Ramsey Academy's journey of school improvement. The successful candidate will be joining a Senior Leadership Team led by a newly appointed Executive Headteacher who has previously provided support for the academy on behalf of the Bridge Academy Trust, and which also includes a newly appointed Head of School. The academy was judged to be 'good' for the Quality of Education, Leadership and Management and Personal Development in its 2024 Ofsted inspection. There is a strong foundation for the school's new senior leaders to build on; this is a school with huge potential.
The specific responsibilities of this role will be determined on appointment, taking individual strengths and school needs into consideration. However, the successful candidate must have a minimum of three years' experience at Senior Leadership level with demonstrable proof of impact in the areas of responsibility held.
