Little Angels Preschool are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team of Early Years Educators. You must have a friendly and caring nature, have excellent communication skills, be able to work well as part of the team and have children's safety and happiness at the forefront of your mind!
The perfect "big angel" must:
Be willing to learn new things
Display knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
Create exciting play environments to engage and extend learning
Supervise children ensuring their safety and security is paramount
Sing Baby Shark or Let it go at least 10 times a day (singing in tune is not required!)
Confidently count the heads of small moving children
Play in the rain (waterproofs provided!)
Read a book upside down
Be willing to fulfil requests from a 3 year old to help a child create a dinosaur, using just playdough or a piece of paper and a feather!
Desired:Have a L2 or L3 childcare qualification
Previous safeguarding training/ knowledge
Paediatric first aid trained
Previous experience of working within a busy preschool environment!
Most importantly, Be able to have fun!
