Position Type: Learning Support Assistant

It is an exciting time to join Harlow Fields as we are looking to expand our experienced Learning Support Team. If you are interested in becoming an LSA at a Special Needs School and help support the education of our young learners, we want to hear from you.

Employment Type: Full-time (This is a term time only position with operating hours from 8:50am to 3:40pm (one day finishing at 4:10pm), please only apply if you can accomodate these working hours).

Pay Range:Scale 2 point 3 to Scale 4 point7 £16,697 - £17,966

Hours / Weeks: 30.50 Hours per week - 39 weeks per year.

Interview Date:Interviews will be ongong until we fully recruit the approrpiate level of LSA's required. We aim to respond to applications within one week of receipt.

Job Description

Harlow Fields is a very successful special school & college providing for children and young people between the ages of 3 to 19 with Severe and Complex Learning Difficulties.

Our ideal candidate will work well as part of a team, be patient, tolerant, understanding and most importantly enjoy working with children. This is a School for children with special needs and some children display challenging behaviour. A full training programme will be provided and continuous development is key to our success.
