0.6 FTE contract
Salary: MPS/UPS plus SEN Allowance
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic SENCO to join our friendly and hardworking team. We are inviting applications from qualified teachers who hold the SENCO qualification and are:

Under the direction of the headteacher, you will determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability (SEND). You will need to manage and support the Teaching Assistant team and teachers in delivering SEND interventions across the school. The successful candidate will have experience with Essex SEND procedures and will be familiar with documentation for applying for EHCPs and annual reviews.
The successful candidate would be employed as a teacher under the STPCD and will hold specific duties in the role of SENCO.
