We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient, reliable and organised person to take on this new role as Inclusion Lead to supervise pupils in the Inclusion Room. We are looking for a person who will embrace the ethos of our community and build on our strengths. This is a part time, term time only post, for 37 hours per week (8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 4:00pm Friday) for 38 weeks per year. The facility forms a key element of the school overall behavior and sanctions framework and the successful candidate will work to develop resources and programmes to allow for consistency and clarity ensuring those youngsters who utilize the Inclusion Room do not repeat behaviors leading to them being in there again.


The successful candidate will work well with Heads of Faculty, Heads of Department, the Attendance and Pastoral Teams and use pupil data effectively. This is a role for a person of vision and energy with good communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills and a determination to make a difference.
