We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and versatile individual to lead in the pastoral support and wellbeing of our learners, whilst providing effective line management for a multi-disciplinary team.

Working closely with the Head of Learner Safeguarding and Wellbeing our successful candidate will bring with them the leadership skills to develop the team with clear vision and purpose. They will be able to foster excellent working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and contacts both within the college and external agencies, contributing towards the whole college Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy and supporting the Life Skills Curriculum.

The post holder will be educated to degree level (or equivalent experience), have experience in supporting young adults and be able to demonstrate the emotional resilience required to deal with difficult and challenging learner issues and manage the impact of such cases; including the ability to stay calm, focussed and professional at all times.
