We are looking to appoint one new Play Leader to join our fantastic team.

Monday to Friday: 11.20 a.m. to 1.50 p.m. (Term Time Only) to work over our staggered lunch breaks.

Play Leaders will spend their lunchtime supervising our children, ensuring they have a safe and fun playtime. You will be responsible for organising games and other activities to keep the children occupied and engaged throughout their time outside (or inside in the event of bad weather). You will support the effective operation of the team by demonstrating flexibility and co-operation.

This is a key role within school so the successful candidates must have a nurturing, positive attitude, be reliable and conscientious with a sense of fun, and be willing to promote the school's behaviour policy and social skills during the lunchtime period.

Ideally you must hold a qualified First Aid Certificate, but training will be provided for the right candidates and recent working with children would be preferable.

This is a Thurrock Grade A (Points 1 to 6) as applicable depending on qualifications and experience.
