Are you passionate about working in a school, committed to supporting pupils? Experience:
- Have a good standard of Maths and English GCSE grade A-C or equivalent or higher, as well as good spoken and written English
- Have previous experience of working with children in an educational setting
- Be able to evidence using own initiative to develop children's learning
- Have a patient and positive approach towards supporting pupils.
- Be enthusiastic and committed to being part of a team, or to work on own initiative.
- Put children at the centre of all that you do
- Be able to contribute to creating a stimulating and purposeful learning environment.
- Work in partnership with all members of staff and lead classes following teacher guidance
- Provide feedback to the class teacher on pupil's progress
- Support the class teacher in planning differentiated work for pupils
- Attend INSET days and training as identified by the Head teacher
- Be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school.
