Grove House is awelcoming, positive and supportive special school for pupils aged 8-19 with speech, language and communication needs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious , dynamic and well organised speech therapist to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated, pupil-centred and forward-thinking staff team and trust

We are seeking an excellent, engaging therapist who is:
·Positive and proactive when working with pupils
·Keen to learn and develop their own clinical skills
·Reflective and forward-thinking in their practice
·Able to carry out informal and formal assessments and create therapy plans
·Flexible, professional and caring
·Able to communicate and collaborate with others
·Able to approach challenges with a solution
The roles will include:
·Delivering group and 1:1 interventions for students with a range of speech, language and communication needs.
·Carrying out comprehensive assessments and review assessments for pupils., including report writing.
·Contributing towards Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) review meetings through setting SMART targets
·Working collaboratively with both therapy and teaching staff to provide a communication friendly learning environment.
