At Hylands School we work hard to ensure children are supported to "get things right" and support them when it doesn't. In support of our behaviour strategy, we are looking for a firm but compassionate person to lead our inclusion hub. Our hub is a place where children reflect and have time away from their main timetable to reset their behaviour with the support and guidance of the hub manager. The Inclusion Hub Manager will manage the day-to-day running of the Inclusion Hub to ensure students' continuation of learning whilst needing time out from their regular timetable.
The role will involve working closely with the Leadership and Pastoral Team to support the impact of interventions as well as the progress of our students.
