LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT Fixed Term until 31st August 2025
Scale 3 Point 5-6 (depending on experience)
Required: As soon as possible
26.25 hours per week, 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday
We require an enthusiastic individual who has experience of working with children and is confident about how to support pupils with their learning.
We are interested in candidates who have a strong commitment to raising achievement, a willingness to build supportive relationships and who have A-C grade GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Candidates will need an understanding of strategies that help to develop children across the curriculum both in class and when delivering individual or group interventions. An understanding of appropriate support and strategies to develop social communication and interaction would be an advantage.

We are a two form entry Junior School, situated in a rural location, close to Hylands Park.The school is easily accessible by road via the A414 and the A12.
