Vice Principal: Curriculum Innovation and Business Transformation

Colchester

£74,343 - £81,229 per annum

Permanent - Full-time - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About the role

As a member of the College Executive, you will help drive the overall culture, ethos and strategic direction of the organisation and provide inspirational strategic and operational leadership to enable the College to deliver its mission and values.

You will lead on strategic planning and will work with the Assistant Principal: Adults, Braintree STEM to identify and exploit opportunities to develop locally relevant curricula to grow participation at the Braintree campus with a particular focus on adults and apprenticeships.

You will also be tasked with identifying and implementing innovative solutions to transform business processes and improve operational efficiencies, alongside adoption and promoting of innovative learning technologies providing the best teacher and learner experience.

About you

You will hold a degree or relevant professional qualification at Level 6 or above. You will have senior-level experience in an education environment, having delivered transformational change in both learning and business support environments.

You will have a proven track record of representing educational institutions in meetings with commissioners, auditors, and inspectors and of reporting to governing bodies, alongside a good knowledge of FE and/or Work-Based Learning funding.
