Runwell Community Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a Pupil and Family Support Mentor to join the team as soon as possible.

The hours are 8:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week term time plus 3 INSET days (38 weeks + 3 Days per year).

Salary: Scale 6, Point 13 (Range 13-17) Actual Starting Salary £21,548 per annum (April 2024 pay rise pending), which includes paid annual leave which must be taken during school closure periods.

  • Be passionate about supporting all pupils and their families, demonstrating empathy and understanding of different needs
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with all school stakeholders
  • Have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise effectively
  • Be able to work as part of team as well as using their own initiative
