EXAM INVIGILATORS

Pay Range: Local Government Scale 1, Point 2

Actual Salary: £12.26 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

The Role

We are looking for reliable individuals to supervise students, ensuring safe, fair and efficient conduct in external examinations in accordance with regulations on a casual basis.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with getting examination candidates into the examination hall and seated in the correct place.
  • Assist with ensuring that the examination hall is correctly set up and equipped for the examination.
  • Assist with examination administration (e.g. attendance registers and seating plans).
  • Handing out questions papers to candidates.
  • Reading out examination instructions.
  • Completing attending register and seating plan as required.
  • Collecting questions papers.

Previous experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.

  • The ability to complete basic forms
  • The ability to follow instructions
